Seeing our children struggle, can be one of the most difficult situations parents have to negotiate. While it is normal for children, and their parents, to deal with any number of difficulties, there are times they may need.  The treatment of children and adolescents, should always be treated with great care and respect for both the child, and, his or her family.  I strive to meet children on their level, while simultaneously involving their parents in the treatment plan.  Usually, this work is a combination of coaching parents, helping families relate, along with time one on one with the child or adolescent.

Issues for which a child or adolescent, might seek treatment, may include the following...

  • ADHD related concerns

  • Academic Concerns

  • Behavioral Issues

  • Adjustment to Divorce

  • Parent Child Conflict

  • Internet and Social Media Difficulties

  • Mental Health Concerns

    • Depression

    • Anxiety Issues

    • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Self-esteem issues

  • Sleep Difficulties

  • Sibling and Peer Relationship Struggles

  • Suicidal Thoughts
